In addition to the four rooms on the Conference Information page, we also have two day care centres with small, attractive gardens and seperate seating areas which can cater for your day care needs on a one off or regular basis. These two rooms can also be stripped of their furniture and used for large events or smaller events where a more informal approach is required with our comfortable arm chairs
On some days (currently Monday and Saturday) our open plan Oasis Room is available for hire. The Room has enough comfortable arm chairs for up to 30 people with the same space in our dining area. There is a kitchenette area in the dining area. Within the room are four toilets with full disabled access.
With ample prior notice this space can be used for up to 70 people in theatre style leaving ample space for tea/coffee and lunch to be served in the dining area.
On some days (currently Tuesday, Thursday, most Saturdays and Sunday) our Links Room is available for hire. Similar in layout to the Oasis space but smaller, the room has enough comfortable armchairs for up to 10 people with the same space in the dining area. This area also benefits from a magnetic security locking system on the entrance/exit doors. There is a kitchenette area, in addition to two toilets with full disabled access.
With ample prior notice this space can be used for up to 20 people in theatre style leaving ample space for tea/coffee and lunch to be served in the dining area.
