Tai Chi - Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays

On Wednesday there are now two lessons being run.  At 12:00 -13:00 is a Tai Chi class for those with some experience and at 13:00 - 14:00 we are running a beginners class for those with little or no experience.

    Nordic Walking uses your legs, arms, shoulders, chest and back.  Working all these muscles means you burn 20% more calories Nordic Walking than normal walking at the same speed!

    Increased use of the upper body reduces the load on your knees so that it is much more comfortable than normal walking or jogging.
